Avoid Salt and Fatty Foods: Salt and fat will affect your cholesterol and blood pressure. Keep off such foods within the three days prior to your evaluation. Preferably, those who can manage should do it for a week, but the bare minimum is 24 hours.
Don’t eat for at least two hours before the exam to keep blood sugar and blood pressure from elevating. Twelve hours of fasting is preferred, so try to schedule your exam in the morning so you can fast overnight.
